Dr. O’Neill performed my breast reduction in November 2019. Six years later, I am still happy with my results. He is an amazing surgeon.

New ownership? Now the Miami Valley Plastic Surgeons practice does not trust its patients to pay their bills: "To improve billing and keep our focus on your care, Miami Valley Plastic Surgeons now requires patients to be enrolled in AutoPay. This system allows co-pays, deductibles, and other patient-responsible balances to be processed securely after insurance billing. If you prefer not to use AutoPay, a $100 deposit is required at your visit, in addition to any co-pay." Not notified about this new policy until 1 day before appointment.

After a months-long odyssey of visiting various doctors to see if someone would be willing to address a massive open cystic wound on my head, I finally visited Dr. O'Neill who took one look at it and named it for what it was -- Cancer. Squamous cell carcinoma, to be specific. I was scared, one always is when the word "cancer" is said, but the testing bore out his initial suspicion. From there, everything got taken care of quickly - MRIs and CT scans and then excision with skin graft. My initial surgery was the week the world shut down for Covid, but throughout my recovery, I was in their office every week, and then every 2 weeks. Not only are the staff and Dr. O'Neill compassionate and thorough, they also put in place Covid safety protocols to ensure that even in the earliest and most-unsure days of the pandemic, when no one really knew what was safe and what wasn't, I always felt secure going there. I am continuing to be a patient of Dr. O'Neill to help take care of nuisance cysts before they potentially turn cancerous, and I always feel so validated and well taken care of at that office. I am so thankful for them.

Dr. O'Neill did an amazing job on my surgery! I trusted him the every step of the way. He is a straight shooter as well as an amazing surgeon. The results still look fantastic 6 years later! Thinking about another procedure and would only trust Dr. O'Neill to do it. HE IS THE BEST!

I had a consultation with Dr. O’Neill in August. The next step was to get pre-authorization from my insurance company, which his office would take care of. I received a letter from the insurance company authorizing the surgery. I called Dr. O’Neill’s office and was told the Scheduler would contact me. Three months later and four more unreturned calls to his office, I have decided to go with another Doctor. Dr. O’Neill may or may not be a good surgeon, I do not know. But I figure he is only as good as the staff that supports him.
