Dr. Cecelia Nguyen is a highly skilled and compassionate board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, including mommy makeovers, massive weight loss body contouring (such as brachioplasty), gynecomastia surgery, breast reduction, and breast cancer reconstruction. Dr. Nguyen earned her medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida, and completed an integrated Plastic Surgery residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. During her residency, she trained under the mentorship of top plastic surgeons, including renowned aesthetic professionals in the greater Houston area and esteemed reconstructive surgeons at MD Anderson. In recognition of her outstanding performance, Dr. Nguyen was honored with the 2019 Plastic Surgery Outstanding Resident of the Year award and the 2018 Blocker Lewis Surgery Society Best Clinical Research award.
