I was apprehensive about the prospect of breast reduction surgery and if my expectations would be met when I started this process. Within the first few minutes of my consultation, I knew Dr. Zaluzec was the right surgeon for me. She listened to me and educated me the various options. She was clear in her communication and made sure I was fully informed of the risks no matter what option I chose. She was very matter a fact and didn’t assert what she thought my body should look like, focusing on the outcome I wanted. The administrative side handled scheduling, coordinating documentation, and insurance authorizations smoothly, communicating often. This allowed me to focus on the actual procedure while they dealt with red-tape. The clinical side provided so much care and consideration in making sure my partner and I were fully informed in preparing for surgery, the procedure, risks, and potential results. My aftercare was mostly handled by very skilled and kind PA and nurses. I was never rushed through appointments. They focused on making sure the incisions healed properly and how to handle scar care (without pushing specific brands or services). I am pleased with the final size and shape of my breasts (it does take time for those to settle but I could tell early on that she had honored my request for a smaller size) and glad that it was Dr. Zaluzec and her team that got me to there.

She did my breast reduction 6 weeks ago after years of pain and I LOVE the results (even though I’m still healing). Life changing!! The first time I met Dr. Z, I knew I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team made sure I had access to them and everything I needed. Every step of the process was extremely pleasant. Never once did I feel anxious under their care. I always felt heard and they were happy to spend time answering all my questions. Kris and Taylor are highly reassuring and extremely professional! I wish I could come here for primary care haha. They have such a great approach to healthcare and people in general. I have no complaints. Thank you all SO MUCH! :)
