The experience that I had and know that will continue to have is exactly what I was expecting. From the honesty of how the owner speaks when explain in detail every single aspects of every single procedure. Such honesty is t what inspire a lot of confidence on the decision to choose Modern Plastic Surgery to have my current surgery and the ones I'm planning to have done in the near future . The attention that I had received from the owner and every single member of the staff have been top notch.. Very happy indeed.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. The doctor’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional, and the way I was treated left me deeply uncomfortable. From the start, there were no clear directions or expectations about the procedure or the time frame. I was seated quickly and told the doctor would be in shortly after the numbing cream took effect. I was also offered water, but no one returned for 45 minutes—not with water, nor with an update. I had come in for Botox on my lunch break, expecting a smooth and timely experience. After sitting with numbing cream on my face for 35 minutes, I stepped out and politely asked when I might be seen, as my break was ending. A staff member acknowledged my question kindly and said they would check. To my complete surprise, the doctor entered the room shortly after and told me I could leave if I was going to be rude to his staff. I was stunned. I had simply asked a question respectfully, and there was absolutely no indication from the staff member that I had done anything inappropriate. For a doctor—especially one offering luxury services—to speak to a patient that way is unacceptable. Medical professionals should be held to the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy. I came here for a basic cosmetic service, not to be accused, disrespected, or made to feel unwelcome. I will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic based on how poorly I was treated.

I had my surgery on February 27th, and I would like to share my experience. I spent a lot of time researching different clinics, as I was traveling from Orlando, FL. From the moment I contacted Modern Plastic Surgery, I immediately felt it was the right choice. They gave me the confidence that I would be well taken care of. I completed the entire process online, which initially felt like a leap of faith, but I trusted my instincts. The day before the surgery, they conducted my final exams, and on the day of the procedure, I met the doctor and the entire team. Everyone was incredibly kind and made me feel genuinely excited about the surgery. The doctor truly understood my vision, and when they reviewed everything with me the following day, my happiness was unmistakable. The follow-up calls have been amazing — the staff is highly customer-focused and extremely professional. I am very grateful for the care and attention I received. THANK YOU team!!!!
