Last name Porto so they dont even try to say I didnt go with them. Horrible experience and very unsatisfied with procedure looks like they did nothing. Do NOT recommend. All day waiting around for procedure, also the surgeon is very unprofessional was laughing and mocking me while i was waking from anesthesia because i shake and alot while waking up. You get exactly what you pay for. Please go elsewhere and find a provider who’s educated on the pros and cons and the length of procedure. No extended tummy tucks should take 1 to 1.5 to complete. Yes I understand that the recovery takes up to a year but rushing to complete suturing and muscle repair just to get to the next patient surgery is unreal and diabolical. It should be only one doctor performing surgery not several. I was told one doctor in the beginning then right before surgery is another doctor that I have not built any rapport with. My results wasn’t near my expectations. Now I have to wait an entire year for healing and most likely will need revision. Take your time educating yourself on procedure of interest and consult with different facilities and providers until you find someone you can trust rather than to jump the bandwagon for lower pricing and several specials cause it’s a red flag. The front is extremely unorganized, unprofessional and barely anyone is bilingual. When it comes to monetary needed they understand but additional information they all of sudden can’t comprehend. At your follow up visits please make sure a doctor is seeing you not a assistant or phlebotomist if so request a doctor. I’m begging please go some place else not worth the money and rushed procedures. Big regret! I will never recommend this place ever. Just money wasted and embarrassment. Praying for my recovery. After many background searches, I decided to have my plastic surgery procedure done at the Secret Plastic Surgery in Miami. my physician Grace Valina and her surgical team acted and went beyond their surgical skills, bedside manner, exceling my post surgery into a positive impact with great results. The efficiency of the pre and post-operative care, including the staff's helpfulness and communication was amazing. Their support exceeded my expectations. As we all know, and more so in Miami, we only pray that we are in good hands with the grace of God; I am extremely satisfied. Do what only makes you and only you feel amazing. I had my Breast Lift with Gel implants done in The Secret 3 weeks ago and I want to say that I am loving my results, my doctor is Dr. Valina and she is amazing, she is very attentive, always explaining everything and making sure you are understanding. Since the beginning I was treated very well by my coordinator Gretel, she is so nice and helpful, she always answered my questions right the way and after my first consultation with the doctor she explained everything step by step and made the process so much easier. Karen was very nice to me also, my nurse Elizabeth, the anesthetist, the girl who helped me after the surgery, literally everybody! After my surgery they would answer me really quick always making sure I was doing good and recovering well. I would recommend highly. Thank you team!
