Dr Thompson and the staff was very kind! Both ladies at the front desk were awesome and helpful! I wish I would have gotten their names! This is my first time to his office. I got the half syringe lip filler and lip flip and so far my lips look amazing! Absolutely no pain, a little sting but thats all! I think he did a great job and I appreciate him asking what I like and want! I most definitely will be going back.

I wouldn't trust my back to anyone else. Dr. Thompson's technique is gentle yet highly effective in relieving my and my wife's pain. We're so grateful for his expertise.

Came to Dr T for a true consultative approach about some areas on my face I was concerned about. He offered me several options and when it came down to the procedure, he was gentle with the needle. His staff is polite and professional. Great job! See you gain in 3 months !

Dr. Thompson was amazing! The office clean, tidy, and cute. His staff was so amazing. The assistant held my hand during the procedure and assured me of any post op complications. Poor girl, I squeezed the heck out of her hand; I wish I remembered her name. Can’t wait to go back!

Do not recommend this place at ALL. Went for botox, blonde up front was rude and never greeted me, then handed me a clipboard and said fill this out. Then...

I went back in April for my first visit to Southeastern Institute and everyone was so nice and welcoming. My second visit was in August and I was treated as family or friends I'd had my whole life. Dr. Thompson went above and beyond just giving me botox injections. While waiting for the Dr. Thompson I had mentioned to Kristie his nurse about an issue my teenage son was having with folliculitis. How I felt my sons doctor wasn't going about his plan of care in a positive form. Never running a culture on the area of concern. Over prescribing him antibiotics for over 6 month period. I felt after having him on a bacterial and fungal antibiotic at the same time made him sense when they didn't know which form of infection it was to begin with. Building up a tolerance to antibiotics and causing risk of not killing off infections later on. After my procedure, Dr. Thompson and Kristin listened to me explain the issue my son was having, plan of care receiving at his PCP, my concerns and listened with such attentiveness. Gave his recommendation and took time to email me information on how to find resolution to the core issue. You get amazing procedures done for very good prices. Caring staff who truly go out of there way for their patients. Want you to feel and look your healthiest! I look forward to going and getting stuck with needles from the feeling they give you while there. Totally recommend!
