Where do I begin? After going to over 5 different offices for my augmentation consult I will say 1000% Dr Donaldson and his team are absolutely incredible, patient, and kind. From the moment I met his consultant Peyton (who is seriously the sweetest and most caring individual) through the process of deciding size, surgery expectations, and post surgery care. The surgery day was seamless and the post care was absolutely white glove and above board. I can't say enough great things about Dr Donaldson's practice, and fully expect for any future aesthetic needs I will absolutely be a repeat client.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Donaldson's office a handful of times recently, and he, his wife, and their team are some of the kindest, most genuine, and welcoming people I have ever met! Every single interaction has been professional and pleasant and I leave with a smile on my face. Today I was lucky enough to be one of the first patients at their new location in Lewis center and received a facial with aesthetician Nikki. The space was gorgeous, smelled amazing, and the staff was friendly as always! This was my first facial, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Nikki was so enjoyable to speak with, sharing education along the way, while making me feel pampered. I figured there would obviously be some skincare involved, but what I wasn't expecting was the meditative, almost spiritual nature of receiving a facial. I felt so relaxed and "zen" as I left my appointment, and felt like my nervous system was better regulated to tackle the rest of my day. (Still feeling the effects hours later!) If you are new to aesthetics and plastic surgery and considering booking a consultation with Donaldson Wellness like I was, what sold it for me was that the patients they feature and the results they share look fantastic, and look natural. No one is overfilled, or over-augmented, and to me this speaks to the integrity of this practice and the dedication to wellness from this entire team. Already looking forward to my next appointment!

Wonderful experiences here!! I’ve never had a facial before coming to Donaldson’s office, and I’ll never go anywhere else. Nikki answered all my questions and made me feel so welcome. She is an expert at her job, and she gave my skin all the TLC it needed! I get so many compliments now that I am seeing Nikki regularly and letting her work her magic! Sarah at the front desk was also so helpful throughout my experience. She is friendly and thorough, and she always makes sure I have whatever I need. She even suggests personal care tips specific to my skin type and needs, like a new brand of makeup she convinced me to try. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and kind, and I’d highly recommend anyone gives them a try.
