Dr. Jelic is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with a Doctorate of Medicine from the Medical College of Virginia in addition to his degree in Dentistry from the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Dental Medicine. As both an oral surgeon and a physician, Dr. Jelic’s unique credentials give him special insight into the functional and aesthetic needs of his patients.
Dr. Jelic is the ideal maxillofacial surgeon for patients that require the modern techniques of corrective jaw surgery, facial cosmetic procedures or soft tissue rejuvenation.

Apr 7, 2025Omg! I went to the dentist a little over a month ago due to pain in the front of my gums. Come to find out the root of a healthy tooth was exposed. Of course, hearing this I was terrified. However, when I met Dr.Jelic and his team they quickly assured me they would take good care of me. The procedure went very well. He told me the instructions to care for the donor and graft site - I followed those instructions exactly. And it healed ALOT quicker than what people say or what you may find online. I am very impressed with his work. The sound of a gum graft is terrifying but I assure you his team takes that all away. I am 20 days from the graft and I just got my stitches removed. I attached a photo.

Jan 28, 2025Over the past five years, I have had extensive dental work, including four oral surgeries with posts inserted for implants at each time. Dr. Jelic performed all the surgeries and all of them were excellent.He worked closely with my prosthodontist and the results are wonderful. I very highly recommend Dr. Jelic. He is truly a gifted oral surgeon.
