I have to say, I am often skeptical of doctors. I had 5 consultations before removing my breast implants. Dr Buford had firmly recommended that we remove my implants and do a lift at different times. He said you may be happy with out doing anything. I appreciated that. I wasn’t happy and went in for a lift with fat graphing. I am a bit over two weeks out of surgery, and I can not say enough about how happy I am. A friend of mine that I’ve known for 20 years even commented on how much better my posture was. I am thrilled with the results. Another friend who had her implants removed and a lift, is thinking of having the fat transferred and says my breasts are the best ever. The staff here is AMAZING! They follow up with you, and follow through on any questions or concerns. They are kind and patient. I have referred people here and will continue to! I can trust how good they will be cared for as well as great results. Thank you again for giving me a result I’ve desired for many years!

I can’t thank Dr. Buford and his amazing staff enough for not only giving me exactly what I was hoping for, but also making the process so easy. His staff was warm, attentive and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in his office. I wanted something natural looking and easy to work with when exercising. There are not enough good things I can say about Dr. Buford and his staff. Dr. Buford is incredibly knowledgeable in his field, and he makes sure he thoroughly explains any procedure he is doing beforehand, which helps put your mind completely at ease. His entire staff is incredible! They treat you like a friend and not just a patient and they go above and beyond to take care of you.
