Dr. Bowman and his crew were very kind and informative throughout the whole process. From the consultation to procedure day, I knew what to expect. The nurses kept me very calm and comfortable while prepping me for the extractions. The nurses also informed my boyfriend of what to expect during the healing and what I could eat and drink over the next few days. They even called that afternoon to check in on me which I know they do for everyone but it meant a lot. If and when I have to have more extractions, I will use Dr. Bowman again.

The office staff was very friendly and explained the insurance and personal responsibilities clearly. The surgery assistants were professional and considerate. They explained everything and answered all my questions. Dr. Bowman was pleasant and explained the infected tooth issue and the extraction procedure and talked me through the surgery. I had no pain and my home recovery was easy. Dr Bowman and staff both followed up after the procedure to check on my status. I’m very satisfied. Highly recommended.

Even with an Emergancy Surgery they were able to get my son in the scheduled day. The office called the day after and a week after to check on how my son was doing after surgery. VERY happy with them! Thank you Dr Bowmans team.

Terrible experience. Never even met the surgeon. Front desk rescheduled my son’s appt multiple times even knowing it was a procedure that needed to be done asap. Then when I finally do show up to JUST A CONSULT APPT , not even for the surgery they refuse to talk to me or see him because I have no legal documentation on my person that I have legal custody of my step son. Like I just carry around custodial documents in my diaper bag or something. No other practice has given me any issue with taking my bonus babies to the dr, I’m not sure why this was made such a big deal. Let’s also not forget to mention that they make you go online and fill out a huge amount of paperwork BEFORE they tell you they can’t see your son. I could understand if he was having the surgery right then and there but it was a consult appt. This place is a joke. I will definitely be taking my kiddo somewhere better.

I just had four wisdom teeth pulled, and Dr. Bowman was so kind and patient. I told the staff that I have a lot of anxiety and that I get panicked when...

I had a terrible experience with this Facial Surgery Center of Enid, primarily due to their billing practices. The dentist and staff might be competent in their dental work, but when it comes to billing, it's a disaster. They overcharged me for services I did not agree to, and when I questioned the charges, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. What made matters worse was their lack of transparency. They would not provide a detailed breakdown of what I was being billed for, and trying to get any clarity was like pulling teeth (pun intended). I was even hit with surprise charges weeks after the initial treatment. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your dental care. Be prepared for hidden fees and poor customer service if you choose this place.

I was referred by my dentist to get a tooth extracted. The tooth was number 30 not a wisdom tooth which would be obvious in the referral and xRay sent to...
