Dr. Rubinstein holds dual board certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a graduate of Jefferson Medical College and trained in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery and facial plastic surgery at the University of Michigan Hospitals. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is former Chief of Otolaryngology at INOVA Fairfax Hospital and past President of the Washington Metropolitan Ear, Nose & Throat Society. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, the Society for Ear, Nose & Throat Advances in Children and other local and national professional organizations.
