Always a pleasant experience. My procedure was explained in detail before my scheduled date. The staff made sure that I understood what I needed to do for my recovery. My results were exactly as Dr. Hardaway said they would be, if not better! Dr. Hardaway is professional but compassionate. She never talks down to me and aways addresses my concerns with respect. The results were nothing short of miraculous, as the procedure effectively erased years from my face. It smoothed out the wrinkles in my nasolabial folds, temples, cheeks, and chin, and rejuvenated areas where aging had caused my face to sag.
