Dr. Saira H. Saini is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. With significant contributions to the field of plastic surgery, she has established herself as a talented and caring surgeon with a genuine desire to help others within the medical community and beyond.
In addition to being a physician, Dr. Saini mentors high school students, PA students, medical students and residents. She also lectures at local, regional meetings and stays active in continuing medical education with American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Sainis’ passion for giving back has taken her on mission trips to Iraq and Afghanistan.

Jul 24, 202310/10 would recommend Dr. Saini to do your procedures! I went in for my first BA consultation and walked out knowing I wanted her to be the one to do it! She has listened thoroughly to my goals for the procedure and made me feel comfortable since day 1.

Mar 30, 2023I just want to say thank you so much to Dr. Saini and her wonderful staff at Carolina Plastic Surgery! I recently turned 50ish 😁 and I had a procedure done to help me feel beautiful again. I was nervous and Dr Saini saw that. She talked with me during the procedure and it helped to ease my mind. She really made me feel comfortable and before I knew it it was done! I was welcomed like family from the time I walked in to the time I walked out by her amazing receptionist Ms. Candice! I truly appreciate all of the kindness and support you all showed me and I can’t wait to see you all again for my next procedure! Mar 10, 2023Dr. Saini is amazing! I’m just a little over a week since I had a procedure done on my legs, and they already look amazing. My legs were pretty damaged from previous injuries and she made them look almost perfect…. And I’m not completely healed yet. She is very personable. From my consultation visit through today, with all my follow-up visits, she has been very thorough. Her expertise shows in her knowledge and her work speaks for itself. The staff has been very pleasant to work with as well. The office is extremely clean. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Saini.
