I recently attended an open house event at Federal Way Laser Surgeons, and it was such a fantastic experience! They hosted an amazing evening with delicious food, wine, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Despite the terrible weather outside, the event inside was full of laughter, great energy, and smiling faces. Diana gave a wonderful tour and even demonstrated a cutting-edge body-sculpting and toning machine — it was fascinating to see in action! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the products and services in great detail. The event was beautifully organized, with stunning charcuterie displays, appetizers, and beverages. They even had a raffle where everyone walked away a winner! I’m so impressed with the professionalism and hospitality of the entire team and can’t wait to return for my own treatment soon. Highly recommend!

I was there a week ago and told they couldn't do the procedure because I am on a statin, not telling me that the reason was because this statin could make you photosensitive, thanks for that. I was told I could provide a letter from my Dr. saying it was OK to do the procedure however. I provided the letter a few days later and then was told I would have to go onto a wait list, or wait two months. What a disappointing experience. They came as a recommended but the service isn't what one might expect. Perhaps they could teach "how to talk to customers" as one of their classes.

I am immensely grateful to Emily, Barbette, Diana, and Aldo for their exceptional service. Their expertise has truly transformed my confidence, skin, and overall appearance. What sets them apart is their respectful approach, always advocating for the less is more philosophy. Their flexibility in scheduling and unwavering professionalism are commendable. After experiencing laser burns elsewhere, I deeply appreciate their commitment to high standards, providing me with peace of mind during every visit. It's clear they all possess a genuine passion for their craft.

I had smart lipo done in my neck and I am so very pleased with the results. The Dr and staff are so professional and helpful. The procedure itself went really well, I'll admit I was nervous going in,but Dr Sabbagh was so thorough in explaining each step she was doing ( I was awake for it), that I was at ease during the procedure. The results were better than I had hoped for! Wish I had done this sooner! If you're on the fence, don't delay!

I have had two procedures so far. Both times I have been treated so kindly and professionally by all the staff. Dr. Sabbagh was wonderful. She talked to me about the best procedures for my skin and gave me recommendations. I loved my skin after each procedure and I am excited for my next treatment.
