From start to finish they took very good care of me. It was harder being an out-of-town patient, but I know they did their best to answer all my questions and reassure me that everything was going great. I had my tummy tuck performed on January 16, 2026, and I am truly pleased with my results. The entire staff was amazing from start to finish. Dr. Pacheco was incredibly detailed and took her time explaining every part of the procedure to me. Her method of suturing is exceptional — you can hardly tell there’s a scar, it looks like a straight clean line. I saw the nurse the very next day, and she took photos and checked on my progress. Three days later, I met with Dr. Pacheco again, and once more she was thorough and reassuring. The day before my flight home, which was one week after surgery, I saw the nurse again. She changed the tape, checked my drains, and made sure everything was healing properly. I am beyond satisfied with the care I received. The only thing I wish they offered was a phone follow‑up phone call after returning home, just to check in on patients. However, because I was able to see them three times during my stay, I still felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended.

I came from out of state and had a complete mommy makeover.bbl, tummy tuck with liposuction, breast lift. Let me just say, this was the best experience I could have ever asked for. The support and compassion I have continually received even after returning home has been incredible. Dr. Pacheco and her team are amazing people and I feel so blessed to be going through this journey with them.

This place was phenomenal! Legna the coordinator did an amazing job with first being in contact with me leading up to the surgery! She was amazing and did a great job in making me feel comfortable in choosing them! Ana and Nivi a nurse and manager were such sweethearts in taking care of me from start to finish! Leidys the front desk receptionist was always so good with making all clients feel welcomed and yes everyone’s English is very very good! I really don’t understand this mese reviews saying there English is bad it is not AT ALL!!!! I am bilingual but they were so sweet and great with communicating with me in either language I wanted to speak. Leanany with Final Touch by V was also amazing!!!!! She is not with the actual facility but she is recommended by them to use her to get your Lymphatic Drainage massages after. I got 5 massages from her while I was here before leaving and she took care of me so so well! She was like a second mama for me! I will really miss her and never stop recommending her she is the best at massages and taking care of patients truly!!!! And last but not least the most important and saving the best for last- Dr. BART K was OUTSTANDING!!!! He has absolute magic hands and is very wise and amazing in what he does! I told him what I was wanting done and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXCEPTIONS! I can’t thank him enough and I am so glad I was entrusted and put in his care because this Doctor truly truly cares about his patients and you can see it with how he speaks with you and cares for you and obviously in his work! Beautiful beautiful work! I am so impressed, happy, and BLESSED to have chosen you all! From start to finish everything was perfection and you all put my nerves at ease! I love how everything is done here all at once from the different floor options you really feel at home with them! I was actually kinda sad to leave and go back to my state because I will miss all of them! They make you feel so so comfortable and Doctor Ks expertise you can truly tell he has that Harvard and Columbia University knowledge! OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!! So happy!!!

The entire staff remained professional, communicative, and supportive throughout my journey. I felt guided every step of the way, especially during recovery. Dr. Pacheco and her medical assistants, who handled my post-surgical care, wrapping, and cleanings, were exceptional. Their instructions were always clear and delivered with professionalism. I never once felt embarrassed or judged. I am absolutely blown away by my results. My body has continued to heal and shrink beautifully, and I feel more confident than ever. I can finally tuck my shirts in, wear a belt comfortably, and enjoy my clothes without feeling self-conscious. I’ve received nothing but compliments since my surgery.
