I’m only reviewing the consultation because i haven’t had my surgery yet. I met via video chat with Dr. Kreegel since I’m traveling to Miami for my procedure. I wanted to meet to ask some questions and validate my expectations. Dr. Kreegel was very patient and kind and I’m glad he took the time to meet with me. He explained everything and was very thorough. He’s very personable and I’m looking forward to my procedure in May. Will post a review after surgery!

They are very knowledgeable, professional, kind , and made you feels are you part of the family since the first visit .Dr Ortega is a great surgeon with the unique quality to give you a truly real perspective of the future of become after surgery , no fantasies or princess histories he will work with your unique body ( ages , previous diseases , surgery’s , a different distributions of your fat , your genetic , body’s after several pregnancy etc) he will build the better version of your self with all this ingredients and will get the most amazing results . My experience has been really great! I had Dr. Kreegel for a tummy tuck. My results is going really well and I’m only 4 days post-op. Day by day I feel better and better! I’m happy so far so I can imagine the results after a full recovery. I recommend anyone that’s looking for this procedure to choose him and you will be happy with your overall process.

I love it here! everyone so friendly and welcoming .. makes me feel very comfortable. They dont have you waiting long and are super easy to deal with! Liliana was really sweet and very help during Pre-op and post Op and she is overall a beautiful person to meet! Dr.chang is excellent and very kind! 10/10 on my body, and open communication about how things will look/feel going forward. i didnt get front desk names but they are also very nice and helpful as well. no complaints! i definitely recommend this clinic moving forward

Dr. Ortega was absolutely amazing — he explained every single detail with so much patience and confidence that I immediately felt safe and fully informed. His expertise truly shows. Team Renata was outstanding from day one — she always responded right away, answered every single question, and even picked up every call. Her communication made the entire process stress-free before I even arrived. The staff was just as incredible — Lilly, Lyliani, and Milly were so attentive, kind, and funny. Their positive energy made everything feel comfortable and welcoming. You can truly feel how much they care about their patients. My massage with Cindy was also amazing — it didn’t hurt at all, just a little pressure but no pain. She was very smooth and professional. I felt noticeably better the next day. I highly recommend getting the massage package — Cindy is excellent. The entire clinic is super clean, organized, and full of smiling staff. Overall, a 10/10 experience — I’m beyond happy with my care and truly feel I was in the best hands with Dr. Ortega and his team.
