Save yourself. I asked for a thigh lift. Woke up from surgery and only had thigh lipo. They gas lighted me for a year and said basically to wear the farmer and that it takes time to heal. It’s hard to get anyone even on the phone. Not to mention my legs are just deformed worse and they focused on one part of the thigh so only that’s now indented and made my legs look worse. Money was never the issue but now I’m terrified to even get it fixed incase the same thing happens. You can see where I needed the thigh lift and you can also see the area they did lipo on. Definitely not a thigh lift.

Payed in full and they saying it expired when I was told my extension was good as long as I paid 250 before surgy ripied all my money off saying they called me no answer when it was the other way around my cousin lives there went out there and office was closed and they had moved here in Florida all they do is rip off your money best bet is do ur surgery close to home paying out here is so not worth it these ppl will not return your money still find away to keep half got thru ur channels try the better Business bureau that handles this place from there an attorney they will not pick there phone up maybe we need to get together and all put a suit against them they think there actions has no consequences we all work to hard for this money to have these leches to collect and then not return it say they called or it's ur fault they are so worthless rip offs they are incompetent.

These ppl almost killed my wife that went on for a tummy tuck and tried to play it off like it was normal. Took her to hospital and hemoglobin level was a 3. So basically she bled out on the operating table. The doctor that was supposed to operated didn’t make it and they used another doctor. After waiting 5 hours. DO NOT USE THESE PPL!!!

Customer service was great overall when you do reach someone to talk to. My surgeon was amazing during and after surgery my post Op care was great as well. Never had an issue they answered all my questions and help me fixed any issues I had. Would definitely recommend here for surgery. I have a history of clotting and they took all the necessary procedures to make sure I had a healthy surgery and performed my surgery in a hospital no complications after surgery am healing great and in love with my results so far

My entire experience overall was good, i would feel comfortable going back being that i do really like my results. the only complaint i would have would be the lack of communication and being personable. i felt like just another person being pushed through , as far as someone being a little more informative to each step that was happening. yes, i knew what the step were but with surgeries like this you have a extreme high about on anxiety. So for at least someone there to have been just a little softer would’ve been nice. not by any means saying that anyone there was mean or rude to me. communication over the phone before and after surgery was good, i had a very nice gentleman recently call me about a month after to check in which is very considerate and sweet. The Surgery center was very clean and organized and provided a very comfortable environment while being there. Overall my experience at miami surgical center was extremely good, if i do any more cosmetic surgery i would definitely go back here. my doctor was very sweet and already i have gotten so many compliments on my body. communication while being there aside, my experience was 10/10
