Dr. Stefan and his team are extraordinary! The center is beautiful and the attention to the customer is really special. I had a abdominoplasty with Dr. Stefan and my results are exceptional. He is kind, knowledgeable and his attention to detail is unmatched. From the front desk, to the nurses and even the cleaning staff everyone is warm and made the experience amazing! Highly recommend!

After two years of research, I chose Dr. Stefan because of his extensive experience and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, everyone at the clinic made me feel cared for and respected. The receptionist, the person who did my intake, the doctor’s assistants, the lady who drew my blood every single one of them treated me with kindness and genuine concern for my well-being. They weren’t just doing a job they truly cared about me and my procedure. I especially want to thank the person who did my anesthesia she was incredibly sweet and comforting. Dr. Stefan, thank you for your clinic, your amazing staff, and your fair prices. I’m so happy with my results and I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Blessings to everyone who helped me . you made a big difference.

Believe the bad reviews. The staff at this place is horrible they tell you anything to get your money. If you don’t speak Spanish don’t even bother with this place. The coordinators are not trained properly and keep misinforming people. Make sure you record every phone call with them. You will see the doctor the day before your surgery and the day of. after that forget it they will send you a generated message as if they are following up but the doctor will not reach out to you at all. Post opp is a disaster they want you in and out. You will have to do your own research about aftercare. If you get any work done here I promise you will have to get even more work after to fix what they have done. Do not believe all that acting like they care about patients like the videos on instagram. If you read this review and still go may god be with you.

My doctor was helpful when I saw her one on one however the nursing staff at this facility were awful. I was rushed by the nurse in pre-op, she opened the door before I was finished getting undressed and in my gown- no knock, no ask to help, just wanted to push me along and rush me. My husband was told I was done and then it took hours for them to meet him outside. He was given little to no information on why it was taking extra hours and he kept having to check back in. I was put fully under and it made him very nervous about whether I was okay. After my surgery, I was rushed out of the facility in a wheelchair barely awake. They didn’t care to let me use the restroom before leaving so my bladder was full and I was vomitting so I’ll spare this review of the details of my terrible car ride from the facility. I had complications and had to return for follow up’s, it felt like I was cattle being maneuvered through. Announcements would be made to the entire room in Spanish so I don’t know what was said. As mentioned, my doctor tried her best to help with my complications when I was in the room with her but it entailed hours long waits with zero proactive check ups on me. I had to initiate all of the updates myself which made me feel just like a number here. I debated on writing this however I feel like anyone considering this facility should be aware of the treatment you may possibly get from the nursing team. This was a revision surgery with the same doctor, her previous facility was so much better the first time. This facility made my skin crawl by the end of everything and even though I likely need a scar revision I would never go back. I tried to provide this feedback directly before posting but it didn’t seem her team really cared. Good luck if you choose this place.
