- Dr. Duncan is an award-winning and globally recognized Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon. She has been recognized by America’s Top Surgeons, Castle Connolly Top Doctor, as well as a Five-Star local provider by Talk of the Town.
- Dr. Duncan understands the challenges that can restrict recovery and budget. These can range from a multitude of responsibilities to a busy schedule. She aims to give you an enduring result while minimizing treatment sessions. Some patients don’t want the risks, scars, or need for general anesthesia that may potentially required with a full surgical approach. Other options include minimally invasive approaches, many of which she has pioneered. A third option, in some cases, can be a nonsurgical approach to the problem.
- Dr. Duncan is an educator; she teaches other surgeons around the world new, more effective techniques for better outcomes. She frequently travels to Europe, Asia, South America, as well as coast-to-coast here in the US as a result. She has performed surgery and minimally invasive procedures around the world. When she’s not traveling she also trains surgeons at her Fort Collins location. Charitable endeavors have taken her to Bhutan, Central America and the Middle East. Locally, she has worked with the FCPD in the gang member rehabilitation effort. In all her spare time she conducts FDA-level clinical trials and IRB endorsed studies. On the editorial board for the Aesthetic Journal of Surgery, Dr. Duncan is also a reviewer for many other peer-reviewed journals.

Feb 8, 2019I had the BEST experience with Dr. Duncan. She exceeded my expectations. Honestly I went in for some fillers and I left feeling gorgeous and brand new. I was originally only going to do my brows and lips but she suggested a little under my eyes and cheekbones. Best advice ever. It’s amazing how just a little here and there totally balanced out my features.

Jan 14, 2019She does what she wants. She Does NOT listen, she doesnt care what you want. I had asked her for DD cup for my breast augmentation...i ended up with a full B cup. I am a tall women (5'10", 150 lbs) with a large chest cavity, so there is no reason why I could not have gotten my DD cup size. I have friends who are half my size, and have gotten DD cups implanted and they turned out very natural and pretty, but again NOT even close to what I had asked for. Very disappointed as I was an A cup, and I spent $7,000 on something I didn't want?! Basically flushed my money down the toilet. So... Now I have to go get another breast augmentation elsewhere and spend another $7,000. I'm giving her a 3 star just because even though it's not at all the size that I asked for, they still look nice.

Dr. Duncan was amazing and her staff was very well trained and a pleasure to work with.
I would say that I would highly recommend her, she took the time to talk to me about my condition make a plan and made me feel at ease about what I needed done.
Her office staff was so pleased and helpful at not point from being to end did I ever feel like they didn't care and was always available to any need I had.
I highly recommend if you need a Plastic surgeon or just want to feel safe with one this is the place to come!

Nov 26, 2018I had six moles removed from my face. They did a great job during the procedure making me comfortable and distracted. They really do make you feel like family! Almost two months after the procedure now and you can barely notice I had anything done. Very happy with the results. My only complaint is the are very very slow on sending requested paperwork.

Sep 4, 2018I have never been so happy in my life! I was a 32A (didn't even fill out the A cup) I went into the office embarrassed to even have Dr. Duncan look at me. I didn't even feel comfortable in letting my husband see me naked. She was so professional and kind. Don't get me wrong.. she told me the things that I needed to do on my part to make the surgery a success, she could only do the surgery I had to do the rest. And I was going to make damn sure that everything she told me to do...I WAS going to do. This is an investment in myself so why wouldn't I! I just had my 6 week photo shoot and I teared up a couple of times with the before and after photos....I look AMAZING!!! I am confident in myself I stand taller and I feel like a new person. I have even let my husband look at me naked!!! That is a BIG deal!!! Thank you Dr. Duncan and your wonderful caring staff for all you have done for me!
