Dr. Dragan was raised in Connecticut, and trained in New York and San Francisco, before settling in Colorado in 2004. Dr. Dragan hails from a strong medical tradition. She is a fourth-generation physician, with the first female physician in her family graduating from medical school in 1917. In order to provide a uniquely welcoming and patient-focused environment for eyelid and facial plastic surgery in the Front Range, Dr. Dragan founded Artisan MD Eyelid & Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Dragan is one of only a handful of oculofacial plastic surgeons, experts in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery as well as non-surgical aesthetic treatments for the eyes and face, who practices in Colorado.
