Dr. Palma is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery; the only official body authorized to certify fully trained Plastic Surgeons, and has been practicing in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for over 25 years. He received his medical training and education at some of the best universities in the nation.
After graduating from Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts, with an M.D. degree, Dr. Palma served his General Surgery Internship and Residency at the University of California in San Francisco. He went on to complete his Residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Stanford University Medical Center in California. His training included fellowships in Head and Neck Cancer Surgery at Roswell Park Memorial Institute in Buffalo, New York, and a Plastic Surgery Fellowship in Calgary, Canada.
