I had to have a large mass removed from my back. Dr. Ritrosky and his nurse, Denise were very calming as I had to have a substantial amount of lidocaine in the area because of its size. Denise took excellent care of me during the procedure and kept me as calm as possible. It’s been three days since the procedure and I can’t even tell there are stitches there. He and his staff are truly amazing.

I came in to see Michelle for a halo. She explained everything and expectations. I have had two halos prior so I knew what to expect but it was good to have her go over the procedure and aftercare. The procedure ended with great results. A different place I have been uses nitrous oxide to help with the overall pain. The halo was slightly painful but I had numbing cream and Michelle kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing ok. It was more like snapping a rubber band on your face constantly. Overall Michelle was great and they followed up with me after to make sure I was doing well and it met my expectations.
