One of the region’s leading cosmetic and reconstructive surgeons, Dr. Ann Passmore has spent twenty-five-plus years helping to create or restore her patients’ best selves.

Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, she performs a wide range of surgical procedures including breast enhancement, liposuction, body contouring, breast reconstruction, as well as scar, and skin cancer care. She also performs non-surgical facial procedures including injections and fillers.

The hallmark of her practice is providing advanced treatments with the highest degree of skill and confidentiality. Her expertise is supported by a knowledgeable, well-trained, and experienced staff.

After her residency, at The Lahey Clinic Medical Center at Harvard University, Dr. Passmore returned to her hometown of Fort Smith to practice. “At that time, female surgeons were rare. In fact, at the hospital didn’t even have a woman’s dressing room outside of surgery. Even now, just a handful of women perform surgery locally.”

Dr. Passmore practiced with Cooper Clinic for 20 years before joining Mercy Clinic in 2017. In 2020, Dr. Passmore opened her independent practice.

“As an independent physician,” she says, “I can offer various financing options and select and train my wonderful staff. Also, being credentialed at two hospitals and at two surgical centers gives patients a choice of where to have their procedure performed.” Surgery sites include Baptist Hospital, Executive Park Surgery Center, Mercy Outpatient Surgery Center and the Fianna Hills Surgery Center.
