Very happy with the dermatological care I've received over the years... more recently, Jasmin has been great to work with. Jasmin is very professional and knowledgeable, always making each visit a comfortable experience.

I was a 1st time patient. I was taken back by the welcoming environment. Was less than 10 minutes for Dr Warner to come in. He was upfront with his advice and recommendation. I most definitely would go back to see him.

I received a cosmetic laser procedure from Cosmetic and Skin Surgery Center that i subsequently, through research, found out cost way too much for this procedure. The worst part is I received zero positive results. Zero. Not only the mirror, but my friends and family are my validation. I called and spoke with an assistant manager regarding the situation she then passed on the information (not sure how accurate secondhand information would be) so I anticipated a call back, which I did not receive. Called again and spoke with a manager, who told me that there would be no refund and that after 30 days, I would not be welcome back to this practice. Unbelievable. Having to sign papers prior to the procedure, I understand It was totally within their rights not to grant me a refund but hopeful that they would meet me at least halfway. I then requested to speak with the medical director, who never returned my call. I found this very unethical and unprofessional. I just wanted to be seen and to be heard thinking that they would work with me,..to no avail. I have run three businesses and I never once would ever treat a client this way. My client’s satisfaction is of utmost importance to me!🙏 After all, our clients/customers are our bread and butter! So disheartened and disappointed:( I will not recommend this practice to anyone!
