Dr. Patel is under skilled and a fraud. Do not let his seemingly knowledgeable way of communicating fool you. I visited his office for sculptra injections but after consulting with him, decided on hip dip fat grafting. He should have turned me away and told me that he did not have experience doing this more complex surgery. Rather, he took my money and did not deliver the results; he knew he couldn’t perform this procedure. After my surgery, I knew right away that I had wasted almost $10k and that Dr. Patel was beyond unskilled. During my post-op he admitted to not getting the desired outcome of my surgery and that he’s a perfectionist. He has no integrity and should refund me for his inability to provide the service that I paid for. This was the worst decision that I’ve made in my life. I allowed an overly talkative, overly eager and unskilled person to take my money. This man does not have integrity and I warn everyone to steer clear; his over zealous to operate and take your money could cause you more than a botched surgery.

SCAMS YOU OUT OF MONEY. Would not recommend. We received an extra bill that it took multiple calls to get an answer on. We were later told they were charging us an extra $450 for anesthesia which we had already been charged for. They claim we never paid for that. In addition to this the recovery from my surgery was incredibly difficult and painful (we were given a very small window of recovery time compared to what happened) as well as having additional blood loss that no one informed us about until I had a follow up with another physician. At one point I had extreme pain and swelling we had called the office about. It took several calls for them to respond. AVOID.

I had open rhinoplasty surgery performed by Dr Nikesh Patel. At this time of writing this review, I am 6 weeks post-op and very happy with my results! Before meeting Dr P, I visited 3 practices before his. All the other doctors had much fancier offices, fancy photoshop technology, and 2-3 other people in the room with us during the consultation (assistants, physician interns, etc.). For someone like ME, all the above was very distracting and overwhelming. Dr P did not really have any of that but surprisingly, I ended up preferring it! We met one-on-one, I was able to concentrate, and I felt much more at ease. Sure photoshop technology is cool but all it really is— is smoke and mirrors! I appreciated that Dr P kept things simple, asked me what I wanted, and talked me through all of the steps. Also, the staff and assistants in his office are really nice and accommodating. Regarding pricing, I felt it was reasonable and affordable compared to some of the other quotes I got. Still, a cosmetic procedure is no place to cut corners trying to just get the cheapest price. One thing worth mentioning is that although I prepaid for the entirety of the surgery upfront, after my surgery I received a bill for $150 from the anesthesiologist for apparently being in surgery for longer than estimated. I guess I didn’t mind.. I may have been warned of this but cannot recall. It is not a big deal but just thought I’d mention to any prospective patients. Anyway fast forward to the day of my surgery at CentraState Medical Center.... the nurses were really nice and made me feel very comfortable before my surgery. Jen from Dr Ps office also popped in to say hello which was nice of her. Dr P had great bedside manner. Obviously I don’t remember much of the surgery because I was under anesthesia but overall the hospital experience went well and the recovery in the days to follow went well. I was out of commission for about 7 days then returned to work in a week and a half. Now that I am 6 weeks post-op and much of the swelling has gone down, I can say Dr P did an amazing job and my rhinoplasty results are fantastic! I continue to see him for follow up appointments. My entire experience with him has been great and I definitely recommend for rhinoplasty.

The trust and confidence that Dr. Patel and his assistants give to you have a great value. He is an excellent surgeon and artist improving the appearance of your body. I feel 100% satisfied with my surgery .

Dr Patel originally told me $1,500 for the earlobe pixie ear reconstruction. Then told me to come back in for a consultation again to clarify what would be done , then price suddenly went up by a thousand. So you’re saying $2,500 for an earlobe repair surgery?? That seems VERY high. He is greedy with money. Also they expect payment 2-3 weeks before any procedure. So if it comes out botched, you’re screwed. Little disappointed at the sudden increase in price when you told me $1500 the first time around. Would’ve stuck with this place til he increased price for a supposed “complicated earlobe surgery” even tho it actually is not all that hard. I’ve looked up average prices for pixie ear correction & it is not nearly that high. ?? Dr Patel is a nice doctor overall but I don’t like how he upped the price by a thousand. Seems absurd & unfair. If I would’ve paid the $1,500 the first round he prob would’ve stuck with it but I was delaying it, as I was gathering up the funds. Dr. Patel is amazing! My surgery turned out perfectly with no complications. He took out the time to give me a free consultation and provided me with more than enough information. He is staff is very professional yet warming and welcoming. Dr. Patel explains in detail what your procedure entails so you will never be lost along the way. If you need to ask a question your call will always be answered immediately!

Got my lips enhanced Dr. Patel is the guy you go to for amazing results and an Awesome experience. The staff is just as wonderful, patient and supportive....
