Kenty SianDr

Dr. Sian was accepted at the Indiana University Plastic Surgery program where he completed his training in 1998.

Dr. Sian is one of very few plastic surgeons in the California Central Valley with additional fellowship training in Aesthetic Surgery. He trained under the late Dr. John Q. Owsley in San Francisco. Dr. Owsley is better known for his pioneering efforts in the 1970’s which helped popularize the “SMAS technique” in facelifts. With the advent of the “SMAS Facelift”, tension was transmitted to the deeper tissue layers of the face which helped achieve a more natural looking and longer lasting facelift result. At the same time, it minimized complications associated with excessive tension on the skin.

Dr. Sian has been in Fresno, California since 2002 and he has been actively engaged in the practice of plastic surgery. He is a clinical assistant professor at the UCSF-Fresno Medical Education Program. He participates in the training of residents.
