Entire experience for explant was excellent. From the preop and screening with Bre and the phone consults with Dr. Tiwari. The surgical staff, pre and post op were amazing and sensitive to my needs for procedure. Thanks to Meghan, Chrissy, Mel and other surgical staff. I am a healthcare worker (CT/Imaging) and a proponent for positive care and professionalism in my duty. It touches people in ways beyond the encounter. I was able to find Dr. Tiwari via FB group for BII and am so grateful for their courage and honesty for supportive assistance with my journey. I have no doubt that this is a culture that Midwest Breast & Aesthetic Surgery has maintained and achieved with teamwork and compassion! Thank you so much and onward to positive healing!

I saw Dr Tiwari for a full enbloc capsulectomy and lift on 8/17. I traveled from Pittsburgh PA to Columbus for surgery & had an amazing experience. The care I received from Dr Tiwari and his staff from the early consultation to the day of surgery and post op - has been top notch! Dr Tiwari even shared his cell phone number with me should I have any concerns post op. Thank you too all for such excellent care!!!

This rating is based on two experiences. The first one was an en bloc for breast implants with Dr Kocak. Everything from the office staff, to my surgery, to recovery went great. I’d give it 5 stars. However, because of a compromised immune system and slow healing, Dr Kocak wanted to do the en bloc first. Then, after healing do a lift. Sounded good to me. That’s where the problem began. I have four separate emails from Bre and one from another patient coordinator that say Dr Kocak will call me during a certain week. I really want Dr Kocak to do my surgery, but that doesn’t seem like it will happen. Trying to get an appointment or a phone call seems impossible…. This is frustrating and disheartening, not to mention a waste of time. I had such a high opinion of this office.

Dr. Kale was my surgeon for breast reconstruction following a total double mastectomy. He, his medical and office staff are all top notch. My scars are nominal and I look fantastic. I was treated with personal kindness and did not feel like just another patient.

The office staff was so friendly and very helpful. They always had a smile on their faces. Everyone at the surgery center was terrific before and after my surgery. Sometimes when you have outpatient surgery you feel like you are getting pushed out the door. The surgery center here was not that way. Very caring and compassionate staff.
