WOW! I wish I could put into words how incredible my experience was with Dr. Elston and his staff. As a Lipedema patient living in Nebraska, there is a lot of worry surrounding whether or not I’ll really feel listened to or heard by doctors. From the telehealth consultation to my post op, I was always very easily able to access help and have questions answered by someone. Dr. Elston never made me feel rushed while I was asking questions at my follow-up, and checked on me continuously throughout my awake-liposuction procedure. I have never had any surgeon, within any specialty, ask me whether or not there was something they could’ve done to improve my experience but Dr. Elston did. My answer to him was “no” because there truly wasn’t. I felt cared for and validated from start to finish. I’ll be finishing out my Lipedema surgeries with The Elston Clinic - no questions asked. I’m so grateful for their kindness and expertise.

Amazing People, Amazing Results! I have had four lipedema surgeries with Dr. Elston and could not be happier with my results and experience! I no longer have constant pain in my joints and have mobility that I never thought was possible. My legs feel so light! The icing on the cake? I wore shorts over the summer—something I’ve not felt comfortable enough to do since I was ten! Dr. Elston really is a rare find. From our first consultation I was blown away by how thorough and validating he is. I felt like I could bring up any question and not worry about being gaslit or blown off. He took all of my concerns seriously, even if I was worried they sounded dumb. I was very nervous about the surgeries, but Amy, Ty, Heivette and Sally made what I thought was going to be an awkward, embarrassing situation easy and—dare I say—fun? I genuinely miss them! TL;DR If you are looking for a supremely talented surgeon who actually listens to you, then go see Dr. Elston. He and his team are phenomenal people and true lipedema experts!

My experience with Dr Elston and his team has been wonderful. From the initial consultation through post-op, Dr Elston and his team answered all of my questions, made me comfortable every step of the way, and ultimately exceeded my expectations. The day of procedure went so smoothly - I loved being able to see my results in real time and talk with the team during the process. I would highly recommend for anyone seeking augmentation without implants. Dr Elston is very skilled and made the whole experience very easy.

From the 1st appointment to the day of the procedure and throughout the post-surgery care, Dr. Elston and his staff were exceptional.
