As a third-generation female physician, Dr. Rubin followed her matriarchal footsteps and obtained a medical degree from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. She completed an internship in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Winthrop University Hospital and a Family Medicine residency at UC Davis at Martinez. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She has over 20 years of experience as an aesthetics physician and is an Allergan AMFAST trainer.
