Dr. Marks’ educational journey began at the University of Pennsylvania, where he completed his undergraduate education. He then pursued a master’s degree in physiology and biophysics at Georgetown University.

Professional Training & Memberships

After medical school, Dr. Marks pursued training in plastic surgery, a diverse field that allowed him to apply his creativity and problem-solving skills to treat an array of conditions and patients. He undertook a rigorous 6-year integrated plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of Wisconsin. During his residency, he served as chief resident, honing his skills and expertise in a wide range of plastic and reconstructive procedures.

To further specialize in aesthetic surgery, Dr. Marks completed fellowship training at the renowned Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital in New York City. This fellowship, known as the oldest and most prestigious aesthetic fellowship in the country, provided him with advanced training and refinement of his aesthetic surgical techniques.

As a board-eligible plastic surgeon, Dr. Marks is an Associate of The Aesthetic Society (formerly ASAPS); he is also a member of the American Medical Association. He currently holds hospital privileges at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center in Gilbert, Arizona.
