Dr. Hill received both her general surgery and her plastic surgery residency training at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City, and completed a cranio-facial surgery fellowship at the University of Miami in Florida.
She is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, John Staige Davis Society of Plastic Surgeons, National Medical Association, and other prestigious medical societies and associations. Hospitalaffiliations include Howard County General Hospital, Northwest Hospital, Saint Agnes Hospital and Union Memorial Hospital.

A native of Howard County, Maryland, Dr. Hill returned to establish her practice, having completing her training, in order to remain close to family and friends and to serve her home community. Volunteer activities have included local and international medical missions with Operation Smile, work with the American Cancer Society, the Central Maryland Chapter of the American Red Cross, and other civic, school, and church organizations.
