Great atmosphere and staff! Catherine at the front desk was warm and welcome in person and on the phone. I was so nervous about going but she comforted me and if it wasn't for that I don't think I would of end up scheduling! She was so great and so was my consultation. Can't recommend this place enough!

Dr. Collins and her staff are just incredible. I haven’t been the easiest patient and have had emotional ups and downs throughout my time with her but she’s been nothing but warm, patient, and compassionate. I saw Dr. Collins for a breast augmentation consultation after visiting 4 other plastic surgeons and doing extensive research on each one. Dr Collins made me feel so comfortable and truly CARED about my decisions. She offered valuable opinions based on my active lifestyle & being a young mom with 2 children. She never pressured me to choose an implant size that didnt fit my body type. The day of surgery I was a NERVOUS WRECK. She kept me at ease and the entire process took under an hour. It is day 2 post opp and I feel minimal pain with almost my entire range of motion back to where it was pre surgery. Her work is better than I ever could have imagined. Dr. Collins charges $150 up front before her staff will even schedule you an appointment with her, even if you are seeing her for plastic surgery that is covered by insurance (injury or illness-related surgery). Dr. Collins's staff justifies this $150 pre service fee by stating it is to cover patient no-shows. However, even if the patient shows up for a consult and Dr. Collins does a quick once over and decides surgery isn't necessary, a patient still does not receive the $150 back, even if the patient is seeing Dr. Collins for a plastic surgery consult that is normally covered by health insurance. If you need nonelective plastic surgery following illness or an injury, save your money and go to a doctor who simply bills your insurance directly without charging extra fees. This practice is best suited for wealthy women seeking elective cosmetic surgery.
