This doctor is very arrogant, yet his patients do not seem to share that. There are several bad reviews, notice no patients step in to defend him. I was required to sign a contract. I was expected to follow the terms to the letter. I canceled months before surgery date due to all the required legal sign offs became too ridiculous, then the doctor did not honor the contract that he drafted and required me to sign. I had to hire an attorney in order to get a refund. He then deducted "fees" that were not agreed to in the contract. Just enough to stay below the suit filing fee so it would not be worth litigating. I chose another doctor, when you get a good surgeon all that require non-sense is not needed! There were no liability forms. No additional items to purchase. If you have a competent doctor all that is just not needed. Choose anyone else. A local vet will give you better service.

(Mini Facelift, Lip Flip, Blepharoplasty under both eyes and Chemical Peel.) To start with,I have seen more Doctors than the average person by far. In 2019 between my Mom, Dad and Wife Renee... I was in the ER with them 11 times! I have interacted with so many different Doctors with mixed results of care and concerns. Doctor McCollough, stands head and shoulders above all in my 68 yrs... of not just Doctors but genuinely good caring people. Dr. McCollough, has a true southern gentleman's personality of professionalism, knowledge, communication and constant care. His professional Staff, each reflects all of Dr.McCollough's wonderful refreshing traits of character and professionalism in care. My wife Renee asked me to help write this with her and I am only too pleased and honored to do. Renee is mostly healed but still healing...and looking much improved. There are not enough stars available in this review to express how exceptional Dr. McCollough and his staff have been to my family and me over the years. Dr. McCollough is not only a master at his craft but is also one of the kindest and most caring people you will ever meet. His presence is very comforting and reassuring. He genuinely cares about each and every one of his patients and will do everything he can to make sure every patient has a positive experience. I trust him completely and I am endlessly grateful for everything he has done for my family over the years. I can not say enough to express my gratitude to Dr McCollough and his staff. My surgery results are incredible! The care I received is unmatched. Having the villa and my own caretaker was 5 star. I’ve worked in surgery for 36 years and I’ve never seen another surgeon who comes close to Dr McCollough! His surgical expertise and attention to detail is unmatched I mean he is absolutely the very best in the country. I’ve recommended him to everyone I know. I Will be back for spa treatments and my husband can play golf, he loves the course. . I get to be freshened and relax in one of the lovely villas. I consider the entire staff family. Dr. Carrie Morris is an awesome surgeon! She is kind, talented, extremely knowledgeable, and, spent a-lot of time with me at her event discussing my skin treatments. She’s national recognized and the only board certified Cosmetic laser surgeons in the state of Alabama and along the entire Gulf Coast! Her open house event was spectacular with almost 150 people celebrating her grand opening! Wow, we are so blessed to have such a wonderful physician living and practicing in our community. McCollough Institute is the one stop shop for all your body and face needs! We welcome Dr. Carrie Morris to our community and I can’t wait for my 1st skin pen treatment!
