Michael McKay, MD, is an outstanding and highly personable OB/GYN with a passion for personalized care. Through his practice at Trillium Medical Aesthetics & Gynecology in Gulfport, Mississippi, Dr. McKay is honored to play a role in improving the health and wellness of women of all ages.

Education has always been a central component of Dr. McKay’s life. He began his studies at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. From there, he went on to earn his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport.

Dr. McKay refined his skills through an internship at LSU Medical Center and a residency at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. He also earned board certification in obstetrics and gynecology.

Today, Dr. McKay leads an impressive team of medical professionals at Trillium Medical Aesthetics & Gynecology. He made the decision to expand into medical aesthetics based on his belief that there is a strong connection between looking one’s best and feeling one’s best.

To that end, the practice offers some of the most advanced medical aesthetics treatments available. From BotoxⓇ and dermal fillers to platelet-rich plasma therapy and a range of laser treatments, patients have access to a wide range of options to bring them closer to their aesthetic ideals.

When not in the office Dr. McKay enjoys spending time with his three adult children, enjoying all the Gulf Coast has to offer. He finds time to relax and connect with nature through golfing, fishing, and hunting.
