Dr. Salman Ashruf is a board-certified plastic and cosmetic surgeon. He uses the latest minimally invasive surgical techniques to achieve beautiful cosmetic results. Dr. Ashruf is a trusted plastic surgeon in Baltimore with years of experience. He completed two post-graduate fellowships at prestigious medical centers across the country.

Dr. Ashruf started his schooling at the Medical College of Ohio, where he obtained his medical degree. After this, he completed his plastic surgery residency at Albany Medical College in Albany, New York.

He went on to complete a cosmetic fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he also served as a faculty member. Dr. Ashruf is committed to his areas of specialty in aesthetic plastic surgery.

A Maryland native, Dr. Ashruf serves the community of Maryland with pride and confidence. His dedication to his patients, their needs, and their lives have enabled him to help many people achieve their dreams. In his free time, Dr. Ashruf enjoys art, reading, and outdoor sports. He is a father of four wonderful children.

I went with my friend for a consultation. The office manager who i was informed by another patient is also his wife is very pushy in getting patients to come in for consultation. Sounded like they are begging for patients. The office had old dried up products displayed. I felt like i was sitting in the lobby of home goods. I have been to many other plastic surgeons and have never experienced so much pressure to have a procedure done so quickly. My friend went on a Monday and they insisted on her having the surgery the same week. Lost all confidence in physician when I heard that.

Dr. Ashruf and the entire staff are top notch. Farrah and Sandra (whom you would see at the front desk) are very polite, helpful, and very responsive. Dr. Ashruf is very knowledgeable and skilled in this field, yet he doesn't come off arrogant. He showed me genuine concern, answered ALL questions (and not in a rushed way), and helped me feel comfortable with my procedure. The rest of his medical team were phenomenal as well. I've had great results and am very pleased!

Cosmetic Plastic Surgery of Maryland provides excellent hydra facials. I received a hydra facial at the Ritz Carleton in Orlando, FL and was disappointed with their service. One would think the standard would be the same across the board for this facial, but it’s not. For example, the Ritz Carleton did not use as much product nor did they do my entire face. They even insisted that only completing the T zone was necessary. In contrast, Cosmetic Plastic Surgery of Maryland took the time to provide additional service and time to meet my skin needs and goals. I highly recommend getting a hydra facial done here. Rachel

Dr. Ashruf is an extremely talented and caring surgeon. His staff is equally caring, and makes you feel safe & comfortable. The surgery center itself is well-appointed and extremely convenient, with parking right out front. I highly recommend this practice.

This is the best place to go. From the first minute I walked in a great experience. Front Office staff friendly and very helpful. Dr Ashruf is a Perfectionist and listens to what you are saying and what your needs are. I was very pleased with my experience. He explains everything in great details and makes sure you understand and answers all questions by giving you time to ask all your questions. His operating room staff is outstanding also. I was very relaxed and comfortable with everyone. I have to admit that surgery was easiest surgery I have every had, I was in really no pain, but I also listened and did what he told me to do. If you are looking for a great Dr and staff this is your place.
