Dr. Jenq is board certified in plastic surgery, with more than 15 years of experience helping patients feel confident in their own skin. She also brings a thoughtful, patient-first approach to every consultation—whether you’re considering breast surgery, body contouring, gender-affirming care, or reconstructive procedures.

Academic Excellence

Dr. Jenq earned her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and completed medical school at UC Davis. She then went on to train in general surgery at the University of Chicago, followed by a plastic surgery fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). Her academic honors include Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha, recognizing her as a top graduate among her peers.

She has presented her work at regional and national plastic surgery conferences and continues to be active in advancing the field through education and collaboration. Known for her professional, open communication style, Dr. Jenq prioritizes transparency and patient trust. She also takes the time to listen, answer questions, and develop personalized surgical plans that align with your goals—never a one-size-fits-all approach.

The Portland plastic surgeon leads a boutique clinic in Happy Valley, where patients enjoy serene views of the West Hills and attentive care from a kind, experienced staff.

Dr. Jenq was born in Taiwan, then grew up in Texas and California.  Subsequently an Oregon transplant for almost 20 years, she’s proud to bring a warm, down-to-earth energy to her practice. She’s fluent in Mandarin and enjoys connecting with patients from all backgrounds.

When she’s not in the operating room, you’ll find her exploring Portland’s food scene, tending to her garden, cooking with her family, or spending time with her beloved goldendoodle. She also loves music, art, and cheering for the Portland Timbers.
