William L. Reno IIIDr

William L Reno III, M.D.’s expertise builds on eleven years of medical and surgical training. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi and continued his education at the University of Mississippi Medical School where he was a member in the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society, which is awarded to the top ten percent of medical students.

Dr. Reno came to Hattiesburg in 2003 after completing residencies in two specialties – General Surgery at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and Plastic Surgery at the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and broadly trained in all aspects of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He has extensive experience with both saline and silicone gel-filled breast implants.

Dr. Reno has served as the Chief of Staff and Department of Surgery chairman at Wesley Medical Center. He is a member of numerous organizations including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He stays current on the latest plastic surgical advances through his attendance at national meetings. Dr. Reno also believes in keeping the public well informed, lecturing on a wide variety of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.

Known for his attention to detail, accompanied by a reassuring, down-to-earth style, Dr. Reno expects only the best for his patients and is committed to providing a pleasant experience. He is a devoted husband and father of two children.
