Wanted to restore the front of my hairline for years now. Was a no brainer to have this procedure done at the best plastic surgeons office here in Vegas versus going overseas to Turkey or even Mexico. From my first consultation the staff including Lee was beyond courteous and professional. This surgery was a little nerve wracking prior to doing it but this staff is so good at what they do and made me feel at ease the entire process. Felt no pain and can already see a crazy improvement just one week post surgery! I was provided the best care and customer service 24/7. Many times especially in Vegas the term “VIP” is loosely used but not warranted. This is not the case with VIP Plastic Surgery’s office & team! They truly know how to make their clients happy and go above & beyond to ensure the quality of their work. I had breast augmentation revision in June 2024. The results are incredible. I researched the entire country before deciding to go with Dr. K . It was worth the trip from Texas. After. nursing 4 kids, and 15 year old implants I was thinking I would need a lift (other surgeons also said I would ) but he was able to give me perfect breasts without one. Now 5 months later I can’t believe these are my boobs. They are literally perfect . Also the staff is amazing and the surgery center treats you like a princess . 10/10 recommend if you are need breast implants or revision . Thank you VIP plastic surgery.

I absolutely love Dr. K and all his staff. Dr. K fixed my breast and I couldn’t be happier! I was botched from a previous doctor so I came to him and he directed me to get some hyperbaric treatments before getting surgery with him to prep me. He listened to every detail. Over the last 20 years I've had several procedures among others rhinoplasty, facial and body sculpting with less than satisfactory results. After years of searching and research I felt I had finally found the right Surgeon and after completing several surgeries with Dr Khorsandi I can confidently say I wasn't wrong. Prior to deciding to go with Dr. Khorsandi I decided I wasn't going with just good enough I would only proceed with the best this was a requirement. I required a surgeon that had a certain artistry, the discerning eye of an artist, talent, knowledge and confidence in their ability to do what I wanted. Dr Khorsandi checked off all these boxes. I was confident he would provide me with the outcome I desired. I decided to go ahead and move forward with facial and body surgeries and I'm happy I did. Dr Khorsandi and his staff are incredible, especially his coordinator Patricia Ramos, who was my first point of contact when I first inquired about surgery. Patricia answered probably hundreds of questions without making me feel like I was annoying or obnoxious which I appreciated. She is sweet, personable and always follows up 24/7 no matter how small the concern or concern. The staff is world class and you truly feel like a VIP. As you can guess I asked Dr. Khorsandi hundreds of questions, provided photos of what I desired and he always answers all my questions and always listens to all my concerns. I'm a perfectionist and hard to please and somehow to my satisfaction he always finds a resolution that I’m happy with and that just reinforces my decision to choose him as my Surgeon and why I love this guy. Dr. Khorsandi's eye for the male and female aesthetic (I’m a man) and his artistry with the scalpel is unmatched. He makes men look masculine and handsome and woman look beautiful. I wasn’t very attractive when I walked into his office but I am now. I have to mention he is extremely kind and courteous. He is compassionate and makes me feel comfortable every interaction, every appointment pre or post op. He is sincere and also truly cares about your results. I can't recommend Dr. Khorsandi and his staff enough, words cannot explain how happy I am with the decision I made to have him as my surgeon. I expected my results to be good, but I did not expect them to be this good. Dr. Khorsandi exceeded all expectations and again if you're looking for a surgeon I can't recommend him and his staff enough.
