Dr. Michael Malczewski's surgical training included a surgical internship at Loyola University and a residency in general surgery at Michigan State University. He completed his training in plastic surgery at Southern Illinois University in 1995 under the instruction of Dr. Elvin Zook, then president of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
