Dr. Angel M. Morales joined Houston Lipo Center in January 2021. He was born in Monterrey, Mexico and attended medical school at the School of Medicine and Health Sciences TecSalud ITESM. Dr. Morales completed his General Surgery training at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, where he was named Intern of the Year. He has also undergone additional surgical training at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic, and completed a Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship at Marvel Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Morales is Double Board Certified in General Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery. He received the William K. Miles M.D. Award, given to the physician with the best score on the written cosmetic surgery board certification exam, from the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr. Morales was drawn to Cosmetic Surgery due to its unique blend of detailed anatomical knowledge, precise surgical dissection, and aesthetic vision. I had lipo on my flanks in April 2025, after having lost about 90 lbs in the preceding 10 months. This was a seamless experience from the 1st call to the 3-month follow up. His team really made the process easy, and I never had to worry about details like labs or figuring out how to finance the procedure. They had all the answers at each turn, and I really felt valued. After 4 months, my flanks have healed up and there’s no random intentions or unevenness. You could never tell I had any work done or was overweight!

Dr B is amazing- I’ve been so happy with all my procedures. The one time I went elsewhere, I had to go back to him with my tail between my legs so he could fix it. His technique leaves smooth transitions and requires little to no downtime. I’ll never go anywhere else again.
