I had a major surgery on April 7, 2015, on the day of my birthday. The staff heard about it was my birthday and they brought me a small cake, a balloon, and a gift, it was so nice. I have not complain on my last stay there 4/7/2015, everything was fine, doctor did good, staff was very nice, room was nice and clean.

Terrible hospital system. After waiting for hours on a bed in the ER hallway, Doctors don't listen to patients input at all even though I've been dealing with my condition since birth. To top it off I get a random bill 4 years later that pops up on my credit report as I'm about to buy a house. Where was this bill for the past 4 years?? The Methodist hospital is terrible stick with Baylor St. Luke's. If you're in a pinch even Memorial Hermann is better.

This is an amazing hospital! They saved my life. I would definitely come here again. I still want to come back to say thank you to everyone. I was rushed in the summer (cardiac arrest,) though I survived. The ER is very clean and so is psychiatric.

My dad is in the Walter tower, on the neurological floor. The staff is unbelievably friendly, and the care is beyond excellent. They're taking great care of my mom who is staying in the room with him, I wouldn't want my parents to be anywhere else.
