I had a consultation July 11th and was told I would be receiving my quote shortly. Nearly a month later no quote and I receive an email saying they have not received a response from me. The lack of communication and response is already a red flag . Will move on to a surgeon who is interested in having my business. And not someone I have to reach out or chase to get answers.

I recently had the pleasure of seeing Vanessa for Dysport and lip treatments, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Vanessa took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her expertise and gentle touch made the entire experience amazing. An added bonus is that she speaks Spanish, which made communication even easier. I highly recommend Vanessa for anyone looking for top-notch aesthetic treatments. Gracias Vanessa!!

I recently went to obtain my first lip filler with Betty and it was worth it, I recommend her! I have severe anxiety, yet she knew how to calm me down and remained gentle, patient and kind with me. She understood the weather situation in Houston as well and just cared about my safety in arriving to the office. Thank you Betty for your service!!

0 stars for the gruesome treatment! Dr Jung’s pricing are extortionate! Left with burn marks from j plasma 9 months after surgery due to negligence. He does not care about his clients and the clinic is super cheap! Take your money elsewhere, I have no idea why his starting prices for bbl are at 20k! I paid 30k and this did not include medicine, garments, aftercare such as pads, urinal cup, wipes etc. There’s nothing special about his clinic or work, it’s just overhyped because of instagram. They’re so cheap, apparently they just have one wheel chair only so I basically had to walk 20m back to my room after surgery. They take the wheelchair once your ride arrives. Imagine paying 30k and being treated like this. I told them I am not feeling well, I feel like fainting and will need to take the wheelchair as the walk to my room is too long, to which they just said, “you got this” what a cheap clinic! I almost passed out because of the long walk in such hot weather and they don’t care about you. The whole vibe in the office is just weird! I asked the receptionist for water and she was so lazy and just pointed to a fridge close to the ground, knowing I just had surgery and cannot bend. Then right after surgery, the nurse asked me for water which I said yes to, I was in so much pain and dehydrated. 20 minutes pass by, and no water! I asked his assistant to get me a refill for painkillers as dr.Jung ignores your text to which she said, you can text him for a refill. Unbelievable and lazy staff! You are on your own after surgery, you will have to figure everything on your own as they don’t give proper aftercare instructions. Thank god for the massage therapist, she gave me more information than dr Jung who I paid 30k for. I have burn marks from the $3k add on j-plasma tightening which did absolutely nothing, just a scam this place is.

I had a bbl with doctor Jung. He is the best. I love my body. He works on you so well. The entry ways are hidden. Not like other surgeons where they leave entry ways every where. My husband wasn’t seeing the entry ways and asked “where are the entry ways?” I had to show him he is like wow if you didn’t show me i wouldn’t know. The care they give is 💯 they helped me with extra draining every other week with out paying more money. Dr Jung is very nice and cares for his dolls. I felt safe before and after my surgery. The stuff are very nice. Every time I called, they helped me with what I asked for I would recommend him to all my friends . Definitely coming back for round 2 😉
