Dr. Carlton Perry is a double board certified surgeon, including certification by the prestigious American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member in good standing of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He has trained extensively in the US and Europe. Dr Perry’s practice is located in the heart of Houston, Texas at the River Oaks Plastic Surgery Center (2707 Ferndale). His career is dedicated to studying, developing, and applying the newest and most effective plastic surgery techniques. Dr. Perry refined innovative surgical techniques in the field of breast surgery while working with international physicians in Milan, Italy, at the European Institute of Oncology. Dr. Perry also worked at Lenox Hill Hospital on Park Avenue in Manhattan, New York, focusing primarily on aesthetic surgery. Dr. Carlton Perry graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, Texas. Dr. Perry completed a two year fellowship in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the Department of Plastic Surgery at University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. While in Oklahoma, Dr. Perry received the Governor’s Commendation for Heroism from the State of Oklahoma for outstanding service in his field and later was involved in the treatment of the victims of the Oklahoma City bombing.
