This office is a joke! My child went to get an extra tooth extracted, needed an i.v. the tech did not wear gloves, fished for her vein clearly did not know what he was doing, shaking uncontrollably! As I was being escorted out to the lobby I mentioned it to this "Dr" I guess and asked him if he could let his employees know to wear gloves while giving an i.v and was told "he was a surgeon and he could do as he pleases" The following day I called back and asked for all techs including Drs that assisted my child and the front desk was super irritatable as hell! Unprofessional from the day we visited till it ended. Procedure went great thank goodness! A report has been made through the state.

Just, disappointed!!! Dr. Pedro Franco and his staff.Lack communication skills and have no understanding. When I tried to explain my feelings and situation about having oral surgery. They disregard and dismiss all my questions. I don’t feel safe with my surgery in their hands. I’m glad that I demanded my refund… And I will going to a better and safer and understanding specialist…. I advise you to not go to this Location. Especially, If you care about your Health. All they care about is taking your money!!!!

I just had a procedure done this morning and was very happy with the experience. My appt was at 8:30 am, they promptly took me to the room at 8:30 am. Two assistants helped me get prepped for my procedure, one numbed the area with topical anesthesia and placed a blood pressure monitor on my arm. The other assistant offered a blanket and began the nitrous oxide gas. Within 30 mins, Dr. Pedro was giving the injection for local anesthesia. The blood pressure machine inflates every 10 mins, so I knew exactly how long each part was and the waiting time in between. The implant procedure itself took less than 10 mins. The whole appointment took less than an hour and the nitrous oxide wore off quickly, so I was able to drive myself home and back at work before my am shift started. They use text messages and emails to remind you of your appointment time and make paying easy, using their online payment system. Dr. Pedro’s office staff is very professional and respectful, would highly recommend anyone needed dental work done.
