The clinic did not think my needs required surgery just yet. They explained the bill was $120. I told them my co pay for a specialist is $45. I spoke with my insurance company as soon as I got in the car. They told me to never pay more than what your insurance cards list. How many people have paid too much for their services? Very sketchy

This facility is disrespectful to one’s time! I scheduled a appointment 2 weeks ago, so the day of my appointment I left work EARLY for this appointment just for them to tell me that they don’t accept cards as a form of payment! Why NOT INFORM ME OF THIS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT! This was EXTREMELY disrespectful and a HUGE inconvenience for my schedule due to me just bringing my Health Savings card with me!
