Dr. Parks is a phenomenal Dr. his bedside manner is beyond reproach. I had an unexpected necessary surgery and he was recommend by my Dermatologist. I decided to get multiple opinion’s since it was on my nose and I was very concerned about the final outcome. After meeting with Dr. Parks the first time he made me feel comfortable enough to ask about a secondary surgery to remove a large Tattoo. In the end I decided to do both surgeries. Dr. Parks actually gave my husband his cell phone number after surgery and told him to call any time with any concerns. I am a mother of 2 and have dealt with multiple Doctor’s and surgeries unfortunately and I can tell you in all my years I have never had a Dr. give his personal cell phone to a patient. I had hoped to never use it because I didn’t want to ever bother him outside of his office hours but, on a Sunday morning I had a situation and was very nervous so I texted him within minutes he responded handled my concerns and within the hour I received a text from my pharmacy telling me my script was ready. If that is not going over and beyond for your patients I don’t know what is, he is also very attentive during his office visit always takes his time listens to all of your concerns and makes you feel very comfortable I guess you can say a soothing feeling because he is confident but not cocky about his work. He did such a great job on my stitches that from the beginning you could barely even see the scar line on over 50% of the incision and that was within the first few weeks. Going forward I can absolutely say I would not use anyone else for any services that could be performed by Dr. Parks. I have already recommended him to friends and family and will continue to recommend him to everyone. Oh and I certainly don’t want to leave out his entire team from the moment you walk into the office you are always greeted with a friendly face everyone on his staff is friendly, outgoing, personable. The PA’s always take additional time to talk to you even after Dr. Parks leaves the room I just can’t say enough about this team of professionals. Kudos to the hiring managers! Keep up the fantastic customer service! It is such a pleasure to work with a group that not only knows how to treat their clients but also have the level of skill set this office provides.

My experience with Dr. Parks was so incredible that I don't even know where to begin! For as long as I can remember, I have been insecure about my breasts because they were asymmetrical and weren't as perky as I would have liked them to be (especially in my 20s). Dr. Parks was understanding and made symmetry a priority. We decided to go with 2 procedures (lift and augmentation) scheduled about 8 weeks apart which would allow him to be more accurate. Because of Covid, I could not have anyone with me when making decisions about the size that I wanted, but the ladies in the office literally made me feel like I was talking to my best friends when they sized me. I am now 1 week post-op and I have never been so in love with my body! Dr. Parks is clearly a master of this craft. My confidence has boosted tremendously and my posture has even improved. All of my girlfriends were impressed with the before and after! I am so grateful for all of the staff that I got to interact with. Stephany was always available to me, even with Covid impacting the office hours and Cassandra was super sweet and helpful with scheduling my procedures. When I had questions or issues, they were always resolved immediately. This whole staff is incredible and I just cannot thank them enough!

I cannot thank Dr. Joe Parks and his team enough for their help, excellent surgery skills and knowledge of the procedure required for my injury. Jacksonville is lucky to have him. The entire experience was pain free across the board. I can highly recommend his services. I will continue to use Florida Plastic Surgery and Dr. Parks for any required services.

After months of research I settled on Dr Parks. I am an out of state patient, so things were different. I had a phone consult with him and he answered all of my questions and got straight to the point. He was matter of fact and I love that in a surgeon. My sizing appointment was fantastic, even my mom was so impressed by him she said she felt so good about me having surgery with Dr Parks. His staff, especially Cassandra was amazing and helpful from start to finish. Surgery day was very quick, he was reassuring and even gave me his direct number for any questions or concerns I may have. He responded immediately every time and really cared about my healing and wellbeing and comfort. As for his skill WOW ? he did a beautiful job on my breast augmentation. Everything looks phenomenal. I would definitely highly recommend him and can't say enough great things about him and his entire staff. Do yourself a favor and book with Dr Parks, you won't be disappointed.
