This Center is a joke. They sent me two text messages with an earlier appt and then another with a later time. The doctor there (won't mention) had no idea...

When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told I didn’t have one—even though I had received a confirmation. After showing them the confirmation and waiting, I eventually saw a nurse practitioner instead of the practicing dermatologist, something I was never informed about beforehand. I had come in specifically for my annual full skin check, yet the exam felt rushed and incomplete. As someone with many moles, I expected a thorough check and at least a look at each of the moles, but that simply didn’t happen I was just brushed off and told everything is fine. On top of that, I was offered a free consultation for scar treatment. However, when I later called to schedule it, I was told I would be charged. I don’t expect anything for free, but if a practice makes an offer, they should stand behind it. Overall, the lack of communication, incomplete care, and failure to follow through on their own commitments left me very dissatisfied. I hope this feedback helps the office improve, but as a patient, I left feeling dismissed and not taken seriously.

I think this practice is amazing from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave. The quality of care I received was very professional and highly educated. I am probably spelling the Sondra the nurse PA or nurse practitioner name wrong , she gave me the most Thorough exam I have had in Dermatology. Dr. Vitulli is amazing he puts you at ease and is professional and highly skilled. Great music too! He called me after my skin cancer both times to make sure I was doing ok. I don’t hesitate to recommend them. My son is a highly acclaimed dermatologist so this is coming from someone who knows . He unfortunately lives in another state. Call make an appointment. They’re the best in the area.

I’m currently being treated by Dr. Vitulli for squamous cell carcinoma, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care I’ve received. Dr. Vitulli is not only highly skilled and professional but also incredibly compassionate and supportive during what could otherwise be a very stressful experience. I also want to highlight Mindy—her expertise with injections is unmatched. In all my years, I’ve never experienced someone so gentle and precise with Novocaine. She truly has a gift, and it makes a big difference. The entire staff is courteous, efficient, and kind. From the front desk to the medical team, every interaction is marked by professionalism and care. Thank you to Dr. Vitulli and the whole team. I feel very fortunate to be under your care.

My name is Scott Lian. I was seen today by Doctor Vutilli and his staff Mackenzie and the two female Office Professionals up front Daniella and Stephanie!!! What can I say about A Center for Dermatology & Cosmetics. First off Doctor Vitulli took care of me like not just a customer but he tended to me like I was a fellow Brother like as if I mattered to him like family and his Staff did so as well like I mattered. I'm a retired veteran I was overseas in and around Iraq I keep it private between myself and other Vets like me. I didn't have to share this information with Doctor Vutilli or his staff and I didn't yet they treated me like I meant something as a human. After I left I had to pull my bike over to cry and my were tears of Joy. Thankyou Doctor Vutilli and your entire staff. God Bless Y'all and your Families. Love Guitar Man Scotty. ❤️❤️❤️👍👍

I should have written this years ago when he basically saved my life. I had a huge scalp infection that took 2 1/2 years to heal. I was scared to death that the extent of the infection would kill me… and it could have. It was a “ botched” surgery which caused the loss of my scalp on a 6x6 inch ( almost down to the bone)infection. Dr Vitulli was comassionate and treated me WITH CONFIDENCE… during those 2 1/2 years. He used “ red light “ Therapy and his staff supported me more than I can say. What can I say? He saved my life👏 PS it would have been a faster heal if I didn’t have to return to Maine every six months where they don’t do “red light” therapy to help heal a wound. Each trip north set me back year after year…but Dr. Vitulli picked up where they left off and made it happen. So grateful to him and his staff! Louise
