Born and educated in New Delhi, India, Dr. Singhal received his Medical and Post-graduate training in Anesthesia. His artistic talent guided him into the field of Plastic Surgery. To be trained in this field by some of the finest Plastic Surgeon, he then traveled to England where he received training in Orthopedics and Plastic Surgery. He successfully completed British Medical Certificates and received FRCS from Edinburgh. In 1986 he moved to the USA and completed residency in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery with an additional year of fellowship in Pediatric Plastic and Craniofacial Surgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has practiced in Kansas City area since 1995.
