Dr. Biggerstaff's office was wonderful. I'm only day two past my surgery (removal of all four wisdom teeth at age 24), but everything went smoothly and I'm glad of her skill and expertise. The office is in-network for my insurance. The laughing gas was not helpful, so we discontinued that before the procedure. I asked not to be prescribed hydrocodone, and even with a prescribed ibuprofen, I have not had much need of it. I would suggest the pain is very little, not to worry about.

Dr. McElroy & her Team provided my Granddaughter, Madison EXCELLENT Care! Dr.McElory explained everything in detail & made my granddaughter feel at ease prior to her surgical experience. The Nurses were gentle & very kind! I would highly recommend Dr.McElroy!

I have had 2 different extractions with Dr Teresa Biggerstaff, 1 in September,2025 and another in December, 2025… the ENTIRE experience FAR exceeded my expectation. Having a 50 year career as a medical professional, I have high standards when receiving medical care.. I was totally monitored during my IV Sedation and I chose Dr Biggerstaff due to her 5 star reviews as well as her being an MD. She and her staff should be the Gold Standard for OUTSTANDING CARE…The entire process was seamless, continual communication, detailed instructions, with a very competent and professional team. I never had any concerns about the process and was confident of a positive outcome.. My after care has been seamless with no complications and checking in phone calls from the staff… I’m so grateful to have had my extractions done by this MD/Oral Surgeon practitioner. I was in extremely competent hands. I rate this practice as 10 STARS.!!!

My husband is a very high risk patient. Dr. Biggerstaff was recommended to us by my cousin who is a prostodontist. She was fabulous and did an outstanding job and her assistant is wonderful as well. Cannot say enough about how great all of this office is and we would highly recommend. You will not find a more competent doctor and staff.

This was my second time having oral surgery with Dr. Biggerstaff, and both times were such smooth experiences. The staff before surgery were amazing—super kind and caring. They brought me a blanket, made sure I was comfortable, and talked me through everything. The front desk team was great too—really professional and so helpful with my insurance. They made sure I understood what was covered and kept me in the loop the whole time. I also got a few check-in calls before surgery, which made me feel really prepared. Dr. Biggerstaff does fantastic work. I didn’t have any issues at all after my wisdom teeth removal last time, and I don’t expect any this time either. Hopefully I won’t need more oral surgery in the future, but if I do, this is definitely where I’ll go!
