I was referred to the Papermill location by Parkwest Hospital Premier Group for a procedure I planned to have to correct an issue from a pervious cosmetic surgery. My current surgeon had retired. I needed help. But Premier let me down.
When, I called the Papermill location to get an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Lo or Dr. Kerekes, I was having severe pain and an infection from the past cosmetic procedure. The lady who answered the phone at Premier told me she would ask one of the doctors if they would see me and treat my condition until I was eligible to have the surgery to correct my issue.
I never got a call back from the appointment lady! I was forced to try to get help elsewhere. Premier, please don't promise people you will get back to them and then disappear. This reflects poorly upon the group.

Jul 3, 2023Caity is amazing. She did Morpheus 8 on my stomach and I’m so happy with the results. I finished my last round in March and I am still seeing improvement. After babies and weight loss, it just seemed loose and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Caity spent extra time on spots that bothered me most and really tries to make sure you leave happy! Plus, she’s a complete sweetheart and easy to talk to!
